| The London office of John Laing Construction recently took advantage of the Naylor Fire-Spec range of prestressed concrete lintels for construction of the six storey high Centenary Project at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Gower Street, London.
The Naylor technical team worked closely with both Laings London office and site to determine lintel sections which not only suited wall construction and load carrying requirements but also produced fire resistance of up to 90 minutes.
Deliveries for each storey were phased over an eight month period with each lintel being marked up with it's own reference for ease of identification and installation on site.
